Yourz, unique decorative items created by you, featuring your photos and style.

The project is structured into four main parts:

1. Mobile Application: Developed with React Native, it allows users to create and customize their designs.

2. Back Office: Used to manage, edit, and create images, it also includes template management for designs.

3. E-commerce with Swell: A headless platform for managing products, orders, and integration with the application.

4. Shipping Management System: A dedicated back office and server to test, manage, and automate product shipping.

Back Office and Server Features

The back office enables the creation of templates so that users can personalize their designs from the mobile and web applications. Once the design is completed and images uploaded, a final image is generated, followed by a PDF and a QR code containing product details.

For Swell, as with any CMS, new fields can be added, but they aren't visible through the standard user interface. This complicated management for administrators without technical expertise. Therefore, we developed a specific back office allowing the addition and modification of these custom fields through an intuitive form.

Swell orders can be listed, downloaded in JSON or PDF formats, and then sent to Switch or the shipping management server.

A testing and documentation page was created for internal APIs, allowing mobile teams, Iota System, and the shipping server to use them easily.

Template Editor

The image editor is a minimalist version of Adobe Photoshop, including layers for advanced customization:

• User Layer: Allows users to import photos from their phone, Instagram, or Facebook.

• Image Layer: Created by the administrator, it is not editable by the user.

• Mask Layer: Acts as a mask for images, facilitating adjustment.

• Text Layer: Allows adding customizable text.

Designs are then exported as PDFs to be printed automatically on decorative items like mugs, magnets, or others at the Switch printing factory (Iota System).

Swell

Swell is a headless e-commerce platform suitable for both B2C and B2B models, enabling advanced customization via APIs.
